Henri Bellechose - Altarpiece of Saint Dionysius (1416)

Henri Bellechose's style is closely related to that of Jean Malouel, having been his teacher and will take his place at the Burgundian court.
Its novelty is the bright color, which gives a great narrative force to the composition.
A truly important work, being the only survivor of all the painter's work.
We are facing a film in sequence that tells us about a martyrdom.
