Pablo Picasso - Woman with fan (1908)

Cézanne's germs are bearing fruit. Picasso is inspired by one of his works in which he had portrayed his wife with a fan in his hand.
One of the best examples of analytic cubism; path started with the Demoiselles d'Avignon.
The highly corporeal, hieratic woman is constructed of geometric figures and lines. Few tones, because what matters is the volume, not the color.
The face: a beautiful African mask.
