Raffaello Sanzio - Conestabile Madonna (1502-1503)

Raphael is the undisputed master of "classic" forms, to be understood as "classic already in his time".
Details of sweetness abound in this work, the harmony between the two main figures is given by the same inclination of the head of the Virgin and Child, both absorbed in reading.
Someone wants the book to tell the future Passion, it is not clear what the detail from which to draw this conclusion could be, certainly not from the cover ...
Something nice: the boat with two people on it.
