Correggio - Portrait of a lady (c. 1519)

Correggio is the master of sweetness in painting, his greatness was understood after this is normal.
This portrait of a noblewoman perhaps has a name (the poet Veronica Gambara? It does not matter, however) but remains all her mystery, perhaps even greater than the mythical smile of the Mona Lisa. The dish has an inscription, in Greek, which refers to the Odyssey: when Elena drugged the wine so as not to suffer.
Who is she? Did he do anything?
